Played 3 and Canaan have won in very different circumstances each time. Egypt has tried three different tactical approaches to no avail. Terrific scenario!

Played this twice and Thutmose was killed in battle both times! I called the games at that point. Those light Egyptian chariots are fairly brittle against the Heavy Chariots of the Canaanites - even when evading.

We changed the Canaanite HCh to LCh, because historically they were no different to the Egyptians in this period. The LC were also changed to Light Infantry archers as historically there were no cavalry in this period and certainly the Egyptians required infantry archers, a mainstay of their armies in this period.
It was a close game at 6-5 for the Canaanites. Historically the Canaanites were surprised and lacked leadership, something the scenario does not consider.
