OT2019 Rules and Conventions

Under the General Rules it states, "Unless otherwise noted, all scenarios will be played following GMT's living rules for the 6th printing of the game, found on the GMT website," Those rules on the website are 3rd Edition (which I already have). Just want to confirm that 6th printing is 3rd edition, and that I haven't missed something.

I think there are really no fundamental changes between 3rd or 6th printing, other than editorials.

perhaps it should read the latest rules from the GMT website to avoid confusion, but overall the rules have been pretty stable for a longe time.
