When playing a Leadership Command card, spend one Inspired Action token and units ordered by the Leadership card may perform the Inspired Action
RALLY
After ordering units, but before units move and/or battle, attempt to rally ordered units. For each Command card you have, including the Leadership Command card just played, roll one die. For each unit type rolled, one ordered unit of the appropriate type is rallied (replace a block in a under strength unit). For each Leader symbol rolled, one unit block of any type is rallied.

NOTE: A unit may not gain more blocks than it had to begin with, but a unit may regain more than one block. A Leader symbol can be used to rally any type of unit.
