The wording here is ambiguous. Although in the Rules (Page 19) it is not. This card allows to order up to 5 units. The Lone leader and the surrounding ones in up to 4 hexes of distance.

The Card Doesn't Specify if the Units Ordered must remain ih the left section or they can extend to the other sections.
