Has anyone experimented with the Mexican-American War, or the TaxMex War (aka the Alamo)

some interest on CSW, and it seemed like it might have come up in BC

Sadly this is not my favorite War Theater, but maybe you can contact Pete Belli on Boardgamegeek, i know, he has done a lot of BC Variant Scenarios.

If we should get some Mexican War Scenarios, i can add then also special Vassal units for this war ;)

I could imagine, that the "Alamo" scenario could be done easy, if you revise/adapt my my "Rorkes Drift" Scenario

Maybe there is someone in the wide world, who are interested in Mexican Wars and can do this

I would love to see a Mexican-American war expansion. I've been waiting for ages for it to appear in the Hold the Line series, but it has never happened. It would be great to have a separate Mexican army along with some Texan militia/irregulars. I'm not so bothered about an Alamo battle, but there were many field battles from that war that would be interesting.
