Fast Tournaments

Hello Generals,
I think of a great idea for the CCN tournaments with single battle per round that would make them:
1. Faster (single battles)
2. Simpler (no blocks to count)
3. Easier to organise (battles known before)
OK: The choosen scenarios would be announced clearly several days before the tourney so the players can study them and their tendencies.
When 2 players are ready to battle, one of them chosen by hasard (coin toss or whatever) can CHANGE (or not) the number of victory points needed by one side (for example: The allies minus 1 VP). Then the other player CHOOSE his side and they do a single battle. Simple and efficient: The winner wins this round.

TY for the invitation and I'm sure you all have great fun with it.
But here I was mostly thinking of LIVE tournaments. My life is also so overbooked that I can't guarantee each rendez-vous online. Plus I propose those rules because I'm part of the players who dislike to play twice each scenario exchanging sides and counting the blocks. For us it's awful and disrupt the harmony of the strategies because of the block system plus it takes too much time, some play the clock etc.
That's why I propose this fast & easy system. For me it's fair and naturally balanced and we can forget all this boring block counting.

I'm not in tournaments but can play with you via VASSAL when you want!
