ShoutBox

Hello Alessandro,
i would prefer, to move the Shoutbox from message site
to the menu on the left, that it is always available,
indifferent, which site i open.

Again Alessandro,
this ShoutBox makes sense only, if it´s
always present, indifferent, which subfolder i open.

So i can see always, if someone write down there something.
So best place, in the menu bar on the left (perhaps below the User Menu).

The Shoutbox is now always visible in this "Left Section".
Please let me know your opinions about that.
