technically that is 14-10 French win. A banner for the village of La Rothiere is the extra one.

I also played this on Saturday, and won as the French 14-11. I had the run of the dice that day, which made the difference. 
Overall I'm pretty happy with the balance and the difficulty level of this scenario.
