Victory Objective, when banner lost?

Situation is Austerlitz, Soult's attack. French have 8 banners, Allies have 6 banners. Opponent (Allies) holds the banner for having the lone unit on Stare Vinohrady. French attack the lone unit and kill it, achieving their last banner. Does opponent simultaneously lose the banner for majority objective, thus making final score 9 to 5? (note, French can't advance, because the game is over when the kill the unit on the hill getting the 9th banner. The question pertains to the simultaneous loss of Allied control of the hill. Just wondering when the objective banner is lost.)

here is rule for the Stare Vinohrady:
The 5 hill hexes of Stare Vinohrady, form a Temporary Majority Group Victory Banner worth 1 banner for the side that occupies an absolute majority at the start of the turn.

Exact clear description on the VP Banner Explanations

Note: All Turn Start Victory Banners (temporary and permanent) are awarded at the start of a player’s turn. All other Victory Ban¬ners (temporary and permanent) are awarded during a player’s turn when earned. All Temporary Victory Banners, whether gained at turn start or during the turn, are lost at the moment the condition for its award is no longer fulfilled.

So a VP is lost in exact this second, when the condition is not longer fullfilled.

This is very important and here an example (one of many, i have seen in past on Vassal)

Example: Victory 6 Banners, Standing 5:5

Player A´s turn, he has a temporary turn start VP for a town. In his movement phase he moves out his Cavalry from this town and move in another Infantry. And in his battle phase he kills a enemy.
So the general mistake i seen often, the players ends game, with the result of 6:5 but it isnt.

In his movement phase he moves out his Cavalry from this town

Player A loose exact now his objective banner (acual result in example above 4:5)

and move in another Infantry.

Player A don´t get now (or keep the objective banner), because he get it back in his next turn start and not earlier!
(actual result now still 4:5)

And in his battle phase he kills a enemy.

Now A get 1VP for the killed enemy unit,
so actual result in example is now again 5:5!

And game is not at end and player B still get his turn now!!!!

I hope, this little explanation was clear and understandable, why the audit of the fullfillment of the Victory conditions must done
very careful.

My example doesnt matter much at game start/middle, but is IMPORTANT at game end.

My dice are the hell!
