Elan card playing Epic Battle

Playing the Elan card in the center section and La Grande Manoeuvre in the right section, the units rolled by the dice (Elan) must be selected in the center? (this is different from basic rules where with Elan you can select units from any section). This is correct?

Note this is the old basic picture.
The new Elan card have 3 stars, the three units ordered to March move, must be in the center as well?

Then we simple take a close look into the epic rules, if there are the rules unclear

• Tactic Command cards (cards that do not refer to a specific section) now play similar to section cards and are playable in
only one battlefield section, but the CIC is allowed to choose the section. Units are no longer ordered across all sections
when a Tactic card is played.

Same here, so we invest first the time and search the corresponding passage in the rules

Command cards that have 3 Stars (Scout, Elan, Leadersh ip, and Take Command) will allow a player to order
up to 3 additional units and/or leaders to make a March Move.
• A unit or leader ordered to March Move, must be in the same section of the battlefield in which the Command
card is being played.
