211 Borodino - Village of Borodino (7 September 1812)

A French victory at 7-5, despite three cavalry charges and three first strikes by the Russians early in the game. The 5 banners included killing Grouchy and exiting the HC from the French map edge. The Russians then came unstuck while advancing on their left flank - I've watched quite a few Vassal logs of this battle, and an advance by either player on that flank more often than not ends up in disaster. You have been warned!
