A question came up on what happens when a unit is on planet, and moves to another planet hex of the same planet group.
Can the unit battle, or is it treated as moving onto the planet hex?
The parallel from other C&C games is units moving from one forest to another forest, or from a town to a town hex. However, it isn't clear, mainly because the wording is loose.
Planet groups are made up of planet hexes. So when "planet" ïs used, does it mean the group or the hex? I'm inclined to think it means planet hex.
