Under phase 5 is written that "No more than 1 Dragon card may be drawn or discarded at the end of a player’s game turn."
If you played an "Order 1 unit..." card which mentions "In addition draw one Dragon card" during your turn, does it mean that during the end of turn you must choose to gain 2 H&F tokens? Or are the Dragon cards drawn at different times, i.e. the first immediately during phase 1, and possibly a 2nd one during phase 5?
