I'm curious as to why this scenario includes the unit BM-13N Katyusha, when there is an existing Operations Card (#047) that provides Katyusha mechanics. Is it to introduce the possible threat that the German player could destroy this unit? That would be an interesting twist.

Personally, I find the 4 CP cost for that Op Card (and the complementary Nebelwerfer Support card (#46)) to be excessive. One could implement scenario special rules that reduce this cost, however, to make it more compelling to use.

If the BM-13N Katyusha unit remains in this scenario, what are its stats? I don't see them in the Special Rules section. Do they follow the Op Card?

Agreed. Nice suggestion about CP cost reduction using some "in-game" special rules.

I temporarily applied these stats:
MV 4 / ARM 0
Suppressive Fire (RNG/FPR)  9 / 8
Normal Fire (RNG/FPR)  9 / 6
Concussive Fire, Ballistic Fire, Minimum Distance, No OP Fire

I somewhat missed the "wide blast radius" option...
It's still a draft and it's open to suggestions.
