Updated the VASSAL module
www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Command...rne:_Jacobite_Rising
primarily a graphic improvement, but did change a few play issues like the card discard piles.
Also, I noticed in the Government Combat card set, there were 3 Line Volley Combat cards in v1.02, rather than 1.
Any feedback to me please.
